Return shipping costs
For orders placed on or after 27 October 2026, our DHL return label from Germany costs €5.00 per parcel actually returned, regardless of the number of items. This amount is deducted from your refund.
If you arrange and pay for your own return shipping, no additional €5 fee is charged. Returns from outside Germany must be self-posted at your expense. Justified complaints (e.g. damaged or incorrectly supplied items) remain free of charge; please contact customer service.
Orders placed before 27 October 2026 retain their original terms. Using this portal or our label is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Note: It must be the same email address
which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
