Delivery only takes place within Germany and the EU.

Despatch within Germany is free-of-charge. Within the EU we charge a flat rate of €14.95 per order for shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the product description, delivery takes place within 5 working days at the latest. For advance payment, the delivery period starts on the day after your payment instruction to the bank; for other payment methods, it starts on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery address, it ends on the next working day.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.


Payment terms

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. They include, among others:

• Payment in advance by bank transfer
• Payment via PayPal
• Pay by invoice (where available at checkout)

Depending on your country and device, checkout may offer additional payment methods such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

Pay by invoice: This payment method is available to private customers where offered at checkout and approved following the payment provider’s checks. Payment is due within 14 days after dispatch. Please follow the specific due date and payment details shown on your invoice. Transfer the invoice amount only to the bank account stated on that invoice; the bank details for advance payment below do not automatically apply.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For orders placed on or after 27 October 2026, we charge €5.00 including statutory VAT for each parcel actually returned from Germany using the DHL return label provided through our returns portal. This amount applies per parcel, regardless of the number of items inside. We deduct it from your refund.

If you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself, you pay the carrier directly. We do not charge an additional €5.00 fee in that case. Returns from outside Germany must be arranged and paid for by you.

For valid claims concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact customer service.

For orders placed before 27 October 2026, the return terms agreed when the order was placed continue to apply. Using our returns portal or our return label is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
