General Terms and Conditions of SASAtrend GmbH
This is a translation of the German-language GTC, which we offer as a service. Only the German version is legally binding.
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor his or her independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop https://www.rockrevivalstore.de .

3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The offer is accepted by sending the ordered goods within one week. If the deadline expires without result, the offer is deemed to have been rejected and any payments already made will be refunded in full.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the button “Add to cart”
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Press the "Checkout" button or select the checkout via the payment provider PayPal
5) Login to the online shop after registering and entering your login details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the respective data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the button “Pay now”
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser he is using after checking his details and correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser.
We will confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer will be made in writing by sending the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can also view the general terms and conditions at any time at https://rockrevivalstore.de/policies/terms-of-service. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. These include advance payment, PayPal, credit cards, other payment services shown there, and pay by invoice where available.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
Pay by invoice: This payment method is available to private customers where offered at checkout and approved following the payment provider’s checks. Payment is due within 14 days after dispatch. Please follow the specific due date and payment details shown on your invoice. Transfer the invoice amount only to the bank account stated on that invoice; the advance-payment bank details on our Payment and Shipping page do not automatically apply.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the buyer only when the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For orders placed on or after 27 October 2026, we charge €5.00 including statutory VAT for each parcel actually returned from Germany using the DHL return label provided through our returns portal. This amount applies per parcel, regardless of the number of items inside. We deduct it from your refund.
If you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself, you pay the carrier directly. We do not charge an additional €5.00 fee in that case. Returns from outside Germany must be arranged and paid for by you.
For valid claims concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact customer service.
For orders placed before 27 October 2026, the return terms agreed when the order was placed continue to apply. Using our returns portal or our return label is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
